These terms cover text messages from Darby sent from (854) 540-1401.

Program

Darby sends text messages about permit applications you start by calling Darby: your reference number, a link to pay for the application, confirmation of photos you send, and one payment reminder.

How you opt in

On the call, Darby asks for your mobile number and asks whether Darby may text it. We text you only if you say yes. We never text a number taken from caller ID alone, and we never send marketing messages.

Frequency and cost

Usually two or three messages per application. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email darby@keypermits.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages, who may use it only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
